AZ Event Logistics is a full-service event management and planning agency with over 18 years of event experience in Phoenix, Arizona. Put our knowledge to work for you. Services include venue sourcing, vendor and rental coordination, food and beverage planning, site layout and logistics, & event design and decor.  


We are here to remove the headaches of the event planning process and leave you and your guests with unique and lasting memories. Let us take the reins and handle the behind-the-scenes ball juggling and coordination of your venue, caterer, rental company, entertainment vendors etc. 


The diversity of our past event experience is really what sets us apart. This includes private events for well-known corporations such as SRP, Intel and GoDaddy, large-scale public events such as the Fiesta Bowl, Arizona Cardinals and Diamondback games and FuelFest, smaller corporate and social gatherings such as holiday parties, weddings and family reunions as well as sizeable charity events like Chandler Compadres Rock the Cause and Tempe Diablos Ignite the Night.

Kristin paden

Owner and operator, Kristin Paden, lives in Gilbert, Arizona with her husband and two boys. Kristin, born and raised outside of Denver, Colorado, found her love for the desert during her time at Arizona State University, where she graduated with honors and met her eventual husband. It is also during her time at ASU that Kristin got involved in events and developed a love for the fast paced and detailed nature of event production. When not curating a client's vision, Kristin enjoys running, hiking, watching her boys play sports, the Sun Devils, Denver Broncos and her dog Rocky.
